• Group Trips: Fixed departure journeys with curated itineraries

• Customized Holidays: Tailor-made travel for couples, families, and private groups

• Community Trips: Social travel experiences designed for like-minded travelers

• Travel assistance services including accommodation, transport, and on-ground support

All services are subject to availability and third-party operational conditions.

3. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of required payment

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation

• Utazzo reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request

• Prices may change until the booking is confirmed

4. Payments

• Payments must be made as per the timelines shared during booking

• Partial or full advance payment may be required to confirm services

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of booking

• Additional charges may apply for add-ons, upgrades, or special requests

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Group & Community Trips

• Cancellation 0–10 days before departure: 100% charges applicable

• Cancellation 10–20 days before departure: 75% charges applicable

• Cancellation 20+ days before departure: 50% charges applicable

Customized Holidays

• Cancellation terms depend on hotel, transport, and service provider policies

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges

6. Changes to Itinerary

Utazzo may modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions

• Safety concerns

• Operational requirements

• Government or local restrictions

Reasonable alternatives will be provided where possible. No refund is applicable for unused services.

7. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with Utazzo, you agree to:

• Carry valid travel documents (passport, ID, visas if required)

• Follow all local laws and travel guidelines

• Maintain discipline during group or community trips

• Respect fellow travelers and trip coordinators

Utazzo reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the trip experience.

8. Group & Community Travel Rules

• Participants must adhere to group schedules and instructions

• Delays caused by individuals may impact group activities

• Safety and coordination are essential for all travelers

• Utazzo holds the right to deny participation if rules are violated

9. Third-Party Services

Our travel services may include third-party providers such as hotels, transport operators, and activity vendors.

Utazzo is not responsible for:

• Service delays or cancellations

• Changes in schedules by third-party providers

• Service quality or operational issues beyond our control

10. Pricing & Inclusions

• Package prices include only specified inclusions

• Personal expenses, optional activities, and extras are not included unless mentioned

• Prices are subject to change due to external factors

11. Liability Disclaimer

Travel involves inherent risks. Utazzo shall not be held liable for:

• Natural disasters

• Accidents or injuries during travel

• Loss of baggage or personal belongings

• Delays or disruptions due to external factors

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

12. Force Majeure

Utazzo is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Natural calamities

• Political unrest

• Health emergencies

• Transport disruptions

• Government restrictions

13. Intellectual Property

All content on Utazzo platforms including logos, images, text, and design is owned by Utazzo. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

14. Termination of Services

Utazzo reserves the right to:

• Cancel or suspend bookings

• Refuse service to any user

• Remove participants from trips
  in case of violation of these Terms or misconduct.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

16. Updates to Terms

Utazzo may update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
