Cancellation Policy - Utazzo Holidays

At Utazzo, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering commitments made at the time of booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the official Utazzo support channel.

  • Cancellation charges will depend on the time of cancellation prior to the travel/service start date.

Typical cancellation structure:

  • 30 days or more before departure/service date: Partial refund after deduction of processing/booking charges.

  • 15 to 29 days before departure/service date: 50% of the total booking amount may be charged.

  • 7 to 14 days before departure/service date: 75% of the total booking amount may be charged.

  • Less than 7 days before departure/service date: 100% cancellation charges (no refund).

2. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to show up at the designated time and location, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.

3. Cancellation by Utazzo

  • Utazzo reserves the right to cancel any booking due to operational issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement of equal value.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain bookings, including promotional deals, discounted packages, or third-party services, may be non-refundable. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

6. Amendments

  • Any changes or modifications to bookings will be subject to availability and additional charges, if applicable.
